खण्ड 'अ'

Section A

(अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न) (प्रत्येक 50 शब्दों में) 2×3=6

(Very Short Answer Type Questions) (50 words each)

नोट : किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 3 अंकों का है ।

Attempt any two questions. Each question carries 3 marks.

'दूध के पोषण मूल्य' पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।

'दूध में मिलावट' विषय पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।
Write a short note on 'Adulterants in Milk'.

'खण्ड 'ब'

Section B

(लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न) (प्रत्येक 200 शब्दों में) 4×9=36

(Short Answer Type Questions) (200 words each)

नोट : किन्हीं चार प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 9 अंकों का है ।
