संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14 के अन्तर्गत 'विधि के समक्ष समानता' एवं 'विधियों के समतुल्य संरक्षण' सिद्धान्तों की विवेचना विभिन्न न्यायिक निर्णयों के आलोक में कीजिए ।
Discuss the principles of 'equality before law' and
'equal protection of laws' under Article 14 with the
help of judicial pronouncements.

मौलिक अधिकारों और राज्य के नीति निर्देशक तत्वों के परस्पर सम्बन्धों की विवेचना कीजिए । क्या वे पूरक हैं या परस्पर विरोधी हैं ?
Discuss the relationship between Fundamental Rights
and Directive Principles of State Policy. Are they
complementary or conflicting ?

“भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार संसद सर्वोच्च नहीं है ।” न्यायिक समीक्षा और संवैधानिक सीमाओं के संदर्भ में इस कथन की आलोचनात्मक विवेचना कीजिए ।
“The Parliament is not supreme under the Indian
Constitution.” Critically examine this statement with
reference to Judicial review and constitutional
limitations.
