Section A

इंटरेस्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेड ने 10 रुपये को राशि को 40,000 समता अंश जनता को अंश पूँजी के लिए निर्गमित किए । जिन पर देय राशियों आवेदन पर 4 रुपये, आवंटन पर 3 रुपये और शेष प्रथम तथा अंतिम माँग पर है । 40,000 अंशों के लिए आवेदन प्राप्त किए गए । कम्पनी ने आवेदकों को समस्त आवेदन कर दिया । आवेदन तथा प्रथम और अंतिम माँग पर देय राशि को प्राप्त कर लिया गया । ईस्टर्न कम्पनी लिमिटेड की पुस्तकों में रोजनामचा प्रविष्टियाँ कीजिए ।

Eastern Company Limited issued 40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the public for the subscription of its share capital, payable at Rs. 4 on application, Rs. 3 on allotment and the balance on first and final call. Applications were received for 40,000 shares. The company made the allotment to the applicants in full. All the amounts due on allotment and first and final call were duly received. Give journal entries in the books of Eastern Company Ltd.
