In today's fast-paced world, people are constantly seeking ways to save time and increase productivity. Technology has played a vital role in this, especially with the development of mobile applications and artificial intelligence. These tools help individuals manage schedules, communicate efficiently, and even automate routine tasks. However, with these advancements, there is also a growing concern about people becoming overly dependent on technology, resulting in decreased social interaction and physical activity. Therefore, while technology is a great servant, it must not become the master.
