(A) Translate the following passage into English. -

राज्य सरकार प्रत्येक सेशन खण्ड के लिए एक सेशन न्यायालय स्थापित करेगी। प्रत्येक सेशन न्यायालय में एक न्यायाधीश पीठासीन होगा। जो उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा नियुक्त किया जाएगा। उच्च न्यायालय अपर सेशन न्यायाधीशों और सहायक सेशन न्यायाधीशों को भी सेशन न्यायालय में अधिकारिता का प्रयोग करने के लिए नियुक्त कर सकता है।

(b) Translate the following passage into Hindi.

The Court of session shall ordinarily hold its sitting at such place or places as the High Court may by notification, specify, but, if, in any particular Case, the Court Session is of opinion that will tend to the general Convenience of the parties and witnesses to hold its sittings at any other place in the sessions division, it May, with the consent of the prosecution and the accused, sit at that place for the disposal of the case or the Examination of any witness or witnesses there in.
