भारतीय परंपरा में मानव अधिकारों के विकास को प्राचीन और मध्यकालीन के संदर्भ में विवेचना कीजिये ।

Discuss the development of human rights in Indian tradition with reference to Ancient and Medieval era.
2.

मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणापत्र के महत्व और प्रभाव की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

Elaborate the importance and influence of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
3.

महिलाओं के अधिकारों पर कन्वेंशन के तहत गारंटीकृत महिलाओं के अधिकारों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

Explain the rights of the women guaranteed under the convention on the rights of women.
4.

बाल अधिकारों की रक्षा में संयुक्त राष्ट्र बाल कोष (यूनिसेफ) की भूमिका की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

Explain the role of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in protecting the rights of the children.
5.

भारत के संविधान के तहत मानवाधिकारों की गारंटी और सुरक्षा क्या हैं ? चर्चा कीजिए ।

What Human Rights are guaranteed and protected under the Constitution of India ? Discuss.

"मानव अधिकारों से संबंधित प्रावधान पूरे संयुक्त राष्ट्र चार्टर में एक सुनहरे धागे की तरह चलते हैं ।" स्पष्ट कीजिए ।

"The provisions concerning Human Rights run throughout the U.N. Charter like a Golden Thread." Elucidate.

राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग की शिकायतों से निपटने के लिए शिकायतों और प्रक्रियाओं की जांच से संबंधित शक्तियों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

Explain the powers relating to inquiries and complaint procedures for dealing with complaints of the National Human Rights Commission.

निर्णित वादों की सहायता से भारत में मानव अधिकारों की रक्षा में न्यायालयों की भूमिका की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

With the help of decided cases explain the role of courts in protecting the Human Rights in India.
10.

मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा पत्र ने निर्धारित किया है कि बच्चे विशेष देखभाल और सहायता के हकदार हैं । बच्चों के अधिकारों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has stipulated that the children are entitled for special care and assistance. Explain the rights of child.
