Discuss the Human Rights Concept in ancient India.

मानवाधिकार को परिभाषित करते हुए इसके उद्भव को बताएँ।
Define Human Right. Trace the origin of Human Right.

मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा 1948 संयुक्त राज्य की संप्रभुता नहीं किया गया है। वरन् वह व्यक्तिगत है। मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा की योजना और भारतीय कानूनी व्यवस्था पर इसके प्रभाव को इंगित कीजिए।
