Write an essay on any one of the following subjects :

(a) Independence of Judiciary

(b) Prospective of Legal Education

(d) Fundamental Rights

(e) Child Labour.

Discuss the importance of English as a medium of communication for legal transaction in India.

What is the difference between a dictionary and a thesaurus ? Explain by giving example.

Write a note on the Juristic writing in English.

Define Legal Language. What is the nature and scope of legal language ?

(a) Translate the following passage into English :

देश में शांति और नियम के अनुसार काम करने के लिए कुछ कानून बनाये गये हैं । किसी भी देश के कानून का पालन करना हर नागरिक के लिए जरुरी होता है । जो लोग कानून का पालन नहीं करते हैं, उन्हें दण्डित किया जाता है । भारत में भी कानून हैं, जिनके पालन न करने पर लोगों को सजा भुगतनी पड़ती है ।

(b) Translate the following passage into Hindi :

Definition : In this part under the context otherwise requires; ‘The State’ includes the Government and Parliament of India and the Government and the legislature of each of the states and all local or other authorities within the territory of India or under the control of the Government of India.
