नोट - किन्हीं पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान हैं।

Note :- Attempt any five questions. All questions carry equal Marks.

सम्पत्ति अन्तरण से क्या आशय है ? ऐसी सम्पत्तियों का उल्लेख कीजिये। जिन्हे सम्पत्ति अन्तरण अधिनियम 1882 के अन्तर्गत अन्तरित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
What do you mean by Transfer of Property? State the Prop-erties which can not be transferred under the Transfer of Prop-erty Act 1882.

'भागीता पालन' के सिद्धान्त का वर्णन कीजिये। अपने उत्तर के समर्थन में निर्णीत वादों का उल्लेख कीजिये।
Discuss the 'Doctrine of Part Performance'. Refer to decided cases in support of your answer.

बन्धककर्ता और बन्धकग्रहीता के अधिकारों एवं दायित्वों का वर्णन कीजिए।
Describe the Rights and Liabilities of Mortgagor and Mort-gagee.

ट्रेडमार्क को परिभाषित कीजिए। उसके लक्षण बताते हुए एक अच्छे ट्रेडमार्क के आवश्यक तत्वों का वर्णन कीजिये।
Define Trademark. Explain its characteristic. Describe the in-gredient of a good trade mark.

निहित हित एवं साम्पत्तिक हित को समझाईये, साथ ही इनमें अन्तर भी स्पष्ट कीजिये।
Explain vested and contingent interest, also distinguish between these two.

सुखाधिकार की परिभाषा दीजिये एवं सुखाधिकार का महत्व बतलाइये।
Define Easement and write its importance.

पट्टाकर्ता और पट्टेदार के अधिकारों एवं दायित्वों का वर्णन कीजिये।
Explain the Rights and Liabilities of Lessor and Lessee.

दान की परिभाषा दीजिए तथा इसके आवश्यक तत्व बतलाइये। दान किन दशाओं में खण्डित या निलम्बित किया जा सकता है।
Define gift and give its essential elements. Under which cir-cumstances a gift can be revoked or suspended.

निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो में अंतर बतलाइये।
Distinguish between any two of the following:

(अ) भार एवं बन्धक
(a) Mortagage and Charge
(ब) विक्रय एवं विनिमय
(b) Sale and Exchange
(स) पूर्ववर्ती शर्त एवं पश्चात्वर्ती शर्त
(c) Condition Precedent and condition subsequent.
(द) न्यास एवं उपनिधान
(d) Trust and Bailment
